The contents of this screening/presentation are highly confidential. During the course of the screening/presentation, you may acquire or have access to confidential information concerning works in progress, artwork, plots, characters, artistic creations, and other ideas or materials relating to The Walt Disney Company and its affiliates, which may not be accessible to the general public. You agree to keep all such information strictly confidential.

In addition, any such knowledge acquired by you during the course of the screening/presentation shall not be used, published, or divulged by you to any person or entity in any manner (including, but not limited to, publication via social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) unless you obtain prior written permission, which may be withheld in our absolute discretion. You shall be liable for any disclosure or use by your representatives or affiliates.

If I attempt to use a recording device, I consent to my immediate removal from the venue and the forfeiture of the device. I understand that unauthorized recording or attempted recording will be reported to law enforcement, and Disney reserves all rights and remedies in connection with any such activity.

Nothing herein shall have the effect of superseding any agreement regarding confidentiality between The Walt Disney Company or any of its affiliates and the company that you are representing at this meeting.
